After 20 years as a top producing RE/MAX team with over 1100 transactions closed, Lee formed Cunningham Realty, Inc. and is continuing the same high level of customer service. Greenville has long been a great retirement area and we have specialized in serving the seniors community with relocation here as well as selling their home when the time is right. We serve the main Greenville area, which also includes the nearby cities of Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Travelers Rest, Easley and portions of western Spartanburg.
Lee is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration.
He enjoys long steep hikes in the nearby mountains to stay fit and is still trying to knock of tall peaks around the world, although not at the same level of mountaineering of his earlier years. Lee was a professional mountaineering guide, climber and avalanche team/ski patroller for over 10 years.

Lee originally comes from west Texas, then Charlotte, NC. Lee has lived in Washington State, Tanzania-Africa, Sophia- Bulgaria and Greenville South Carolina. He has also travelled extensively in the middle east including Israel, Egypt, Eastern Europe, Russia, Western Europe, the Greek islands, Turkey and Jordan.
Lee's work experience ranges from Director of the Northwest Division of Mountain Madness, a climbing / adventure guiding company, to industrial sales in LA, California and National Sales Manager for Rieter in Spartanburg, SC.
In Greenville, Lee married Mechelle and together they began to invest in real estate. He then decided to go into real estate as a full time professional, building on his sales and construction experience. For years, RE/MAX was a great fit for Lee, but he has since moved on to form his own brokerage, Cunningham Realty, Inc.
