Lee originally comes from west Texas, then Charlotte, NC. Lee has lived in Washington State, Kilimanjaro in Kenya Africa, Sophia Bulgaria and Greenville South Carolina. He has also travel extensively in the middle east including Israel, Egypt, Eastern Europe, Russia, Western Europe, the Greek islands, Turkey and Jordan.
Lee's work experience ranges from head of sales and marketing with Mountain Madness, a climbing / adventure guiding company to industrial sales in LA, California and National Sales Manager for Rieter in Spartanburg, SC.
In Greenville, Lee married and together they began to invest in real estate. They decided to go into real estate as a profession. Lee become a realtor, which built on his sales and construction experience as well as his college coursework. REMAX Real Estate was a fit for Lee for years, but he has since moved on to form his own brokerage, Cunningham Realty, Inc.
